Easy Naan Pizza with Butter Chicken Recipe for Two
A quick and easy naan pizza recipe that transforms leftover Indian butter chicken into a flavorful weeknight dinner for two.

Ingredients

garlic naan

butter
1
garlic clove
minced

cup
leftover
butter chicken,
divided
8
ounces
shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
¼
small red onion
thinly sliced
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place naan on prepared sheet and warm according to package directions.
Combine butter and garlic in a ramekin. Cover and microwave until melted, about 20 seconds. Brush garlic butter over the warm naan.
Spoon butter chicken evenly over each naan. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and red onion. Bake for 10 minutes.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
Garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve.
